Live Oak Veterinary Specialists (LOVS) in Savannah, Georgia is expanding into a brand-new, state-of-the-art hospital opening in September/October 2026, and we’re seeking an Internal Medicine Specialist to join our growing team.
For over 10 years, LOVS has provided advanced neurology and cardiology care with a strong commitment to compassion and collaboration. As we expand, you’ll play a key role in shaping our internal medicine service from the ground up.

- 64-slice CT scanner
- 1.5T MRI (already in place)
- Fluoroscopy, ultrasound, and endoscopy

Who You Are
- Board-certified or residency-trained in Internal Medicine
