Robert A. Black Golf Course is excited to announce an outstanding career opportunity for a Guest Services Attendant! We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals who thrive in a hospitality-driven environment and take pride in creating a welcoming experience for every guest.Compensation: $17.80 per hour (minimum wage)
Overview:
Guest Services Attendants are one of the first points of contact for visitors. Your role is vital in ensuring that every guest enjoys a smooth, friendly, and memorable golf experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assists with the overall upkeep of the facility.
- Provides sincere and courteous service to all guests with items such as bag handling and club cleaning.
- Assists in educating players regarding the game.
- Directs start of play when necessary.
- Maintains accurate records of golfers renting clubs.
- Services the customer who is renting golf clubs and cleans rental clubs upon return.
- Assists with food and beverage activities.
- Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
- Performs other duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications:
- One-month related experience or training.
Other Qualifications:
- Regular and reliable attendance.
