The Peninsula Golf & Country Club is excited to announce the opportunity of Guest services Attendant. Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service.Key Responsibilities of the Guest service Attendant:
- Provides sincere and courteous service to all guests.
- Cleans and prepares golf carts for play following the standards of Troon Golf.
- Performs range maintenance such as: staging tee area, picking and washing balls, maintaining ball inventory over the course of the day.
- Directs start of play and maintains an accurate starting sheet.
- Assists with the overall upkeep of the clubhouse, cart storage area and parking lot.
- Assists in the setup and execution of golf tournaments and outings.
- Maintains the cart staging and storage areas in a neat, clean and orderly condition.
- Assists in educating players regarding course policy, current cart policy and speed of play.
- Services the customer who is renting golf clubs and cleans rental clubs upon return.
- Cleans golfers' clubs upon completion of play.
- Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
- Performs other duties as required.
Other Qualifications:
- Must have a general understanding of the game of golf.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Regular and reliable attendance.
- Weekend and holiday shifts are required.
