Ka'anapali Golf Course is excited to announce the exceptional career opportunity of full-time Greenskeeper I. Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service. The Groundskeeper is a key member of the course maintenance team and is responsible for the landscaping and maintenance around the golf course.

Qualifications, Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

• Must possess the ability to design, coordinate, and maintain landscaping on the golf course
• Must possess the ability to operate all tools and equipment related to golf course operations
• Ability to give oral and written instructions
• Skilled in seeding, fertilizing, mulching, and general ground preparation for restoration and renovation
• Must be dependable

Responsibilities:

• Maintains clean and organized work areas on the golf course and maintenance facility
• Waters tees, greens and fairways
• Grades and prepares soil base, lays sod and seeds greens, tees and fairways
• Trims and prunes hedges and shrubbery; cleans flower beds
• Applies pesticides, herbicides, and fertilizers to the golf course
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
