Overview

This is not a typical golf instructor position.

Studio Golf is a modern indoor golf club built around coaching, performance training, technology and community. We combine elite golf instruction with a premium hospitality experience inside a state-of-the-art facility.

We're looking for a coach who:

• Loves helping people improve
• Brings energy and professionalism
• Understands modern instruction and technology
• Builds relationships naturally
• Wants to help build something special

Our facility includes:

• Trackman simulators
• Sportsbox AI 3D analysis
• PuttView technology
• Strength & performance training space
• Sauna and cold plunge
• Premium member experience
• An established and growing member base
• Strong referral and marketing support

Compensation:

• Commission-based role
• 60/40 split in favor of instructor
• Significant upside potential
• Flexible schedule
• Independent contractor structure

Experience Required

5+ years of golf experience.

2+ years of coaching experience.

Titleist Performance Institute certifications preferred, but not required.

PGA Professionals and high-level instructors encouraged to apply.
