• The Back Nine Golf is an indoor golf simulator franchise that provides year-round access to virtual golf courses, swing analytics, tournaments, and playing/simulated practice opportunities. We are the premier brand in the US and fastest growing indoor golf franchise. We have over 150 open locations and sold over 475 locations across the country.

• We feature Full Swing golf simulators as featured in the TGL on ESPN involving Tiger Woods and many other PGA Touring Pros.

Position Summary:

The Manager / Head Golf Instructor position is in charge of running the day to day operations of the Premier Brand in indoor golf clubs. We are a "full service" indoor club.

We offer the following to our members: 24/7 unlimited access with membership, the best sim technology on the market (Full Swing), Golf Lessons, Equipment Fittings, Grip Replacing, Kids Camps, Leagues & Tournaments, and other special events.

In this role you will have steady hours & pay year round plus the ability to earn more when you do lessons, help sell memberships and potential for a year end bonus based on the club's performance.

As a Golf Instructor you will provide golf lessons to our members and to the general public. We offer lessons packages for adults, kids and groups. You will utilize the data from the Full Swing simulators & AI Swing Analysis tool to instruct your clients as well as have access to local golf facilities to get them onto real grass, bunkers and greens to supplement our services.

We are actively growing The Back Nine Golf in the Kansas City metro area. We will have 4 locations by winter of 2026. Liberty, Blue Springs, Kansas City, and Lee's Summit. This position will require management of our Liberty location (open now) and our Blue Springs location (expected to open June of 2026).

Experience Required

Playing and Coaching experience - min. of two years

Promote the Club - help sell memberships (individual and corporate)

Promote yourself and sell golf lessons

Offer Club Fittings (we have multiple brand accounts)

Day to Day club operations
