Position Highlights
• Outpatient Primary Care with minor hospital and ER coverage
• Modern facilities with strong clinical and administrative support
• Enjoy a 4-day work week with 32 patient facing hours
• Moderate patient volume of 15-18 patients per day allows time to get to know your patients
• Low volume 1:5 call rotation
• Epic EMR

Compensation
• Base salary: $300,000 - $320,000
• $120,000+ recruiting incentives
• Guaranteed, ongoing base salary plus production bonus with total earning potential to $400,000+
• 7+ weeks of PTO, plus sick leave, and 5 CME days
• Additional Emergency Medicine coverage available with significant supplemental compensation
