Description
Financial Operations Support
The incumbent will be responsible tagging capital assets through 6/30/26. This will require walking on campus and entering facilities where capital assets are housed to ensure they are physically tagged to maintain location control over the assets. After 7/1/26, incumbent will then, assist on the supplier onboarding to ensure correct payment terms and payment methods are added to the suppliers, whether new suppliers or current suppliers, with new payment methods and terms.
Other duties as required by Operations Manager or PPC Director.
A High School Diploma or GED is required.
