Join an FQHC with 15+ physicians and 6 sites are adding a Family Medicine physician in Indianapolis Suburbs.Opportunity Highlights
- Monday - Friday is strictly outpatient practice. Candidates can work a 4-day workweek.
- The group is looking for a candidate that is mission-driven and has a passion for serving the underserved.
- 1:12 phone call, call schedule.
- eClinicalWorks EMR
- A candidate with administrative interests would be preferred.
Financial Package
- $225K compensation + productivity incentive + comprehensive benefits (malpractice- no tail required, health, dental, 401-K with match, etc.)
- Up to $130K in production incentive. Financial potential $300K+
- $25K Signing bonus
- Federal loan repayment is likely. HPSA score = 23. Up to $50K in assistance.

- Great locations on the south side of Indianapolis. Hope has easy access to both Indianapolis and Columbus, IN.
- Indianapolis is one of the largest inland cities in the United States not located on any navigable body of water. It is situated near the geographical center of the state of Indiana. The area boasts great schools, reasonably priced housing, professional sports, and more.
