General Purpose:
Sierra View Country Club located in Roseville, CA is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Expeditor! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced, hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you'll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. Must be available days, nights, weekends and holidays. Kitchen and cooking experience desired.

Pay:
$19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
• Assures that all material used by servers is clean and ready for daily operation
• Possesses knowledge of the position of each diner's chair in the dining rooms and lounges
• Sets the outside line with underliner plates, flatware, doilies, linen napkins, and other items needed for food delivery
• Organizes plates in the window and matches each one with each ticket to run food to tables
• Sets tables in accordance with Troon Golf standards
• Ensures that each menu item is prepared in the exact detail outlined on each ticket
• Corrects menu items with the chef before delivering if they do not meet exact ticket specifications
• Fills and refills water glasses and removes unused place settings
• Clears dishes from in front of guests upon completion of course
• Clears and resets tables when guests leave, including changing tablecloths, brushing chairs, placing chairs at table, replacing silverware, glassware, and napkins
• Assists servers when needed
• Keeps workstations well stocked with items and ingredients
• Cleans workstations, takes out trash, and vacuums the dining room
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance
• Performs other duties as required

Minimum Qualifications for the Expeditor:
• One month related experience or training

• Ability to demonstrate professionalism, cleanliness, and neatness
• Regular and reliable attendance, including weekends and holidays
