ELEMENTARY SCHOOL PRINCIPAL

Position: Seeking a student and staff-centered Elementary School Principal, grades PK through fourth. The Elementary School Principal will be a member of an administrative leadership team.
Qualified candidates should be able to lead collaboratively in a school where teachers, students, and the community work together to provide a positive, challenging learning environment. Candidates should have exemplary interpersonal communication skills, display strong leadership and organizational skills, and have a strong understanding of evidence-based literacy and mathematics, Professional Learning Communities (PLCs), and purposeful technology integration. Candidates should be dedicated to increasing school achievement and building meaningful relationships with parents and families to support the diverse needs of elementary students at the highest levels. Qualifications Necessary: The position requires an advanced degree in educational administration (Master’s or higher) with an emphasis in school administration, educator effectiveness, school business administration, curriculum, educational measurement, collaboration, and school law; plus a minimum of three years of teaching experience and leadership in elementary school and/or district-level roles. Candidates must hold Wisconsin licensure 51 (Principal).
