Job Summary
Manages and processes documentation to ensure accurate billing, compliance, and timely service delivery. Responsible for collecting, verifying, and maintaining clinical and administrative records while coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders. Supports operational efficiency and ensures adherence to regulatory and organizational standards in a medical-related environment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Collect and verify required documents such as prescriptions, clinical records, and authorizations
Ensure compliance with insurance, regulatory, and internal documentation standards
Perform accurate data entry and maintain records in system databases
Monitor and track documentation for renewals and follow-ups
Run reports to ensure timely processing and completion of documentation
Coordinate with external stakeholders to obtain necessary information
Support billing and reimbursement processes through proper documentation
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of sensitive information
Participate in process improvement and training initiatives
Ensure all documentation meets quality and compliance standards
Requirements
Minimum Requirements / Skills
Strong organizational and documentation management skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Basic to intermediate computer/software proficiency
