Digital Consulting Manager, Rockwell Automation, Inc., Milwaukee, WI: 

Direct consulting project delivery for multiple accounts and complex projects. Distribute tasks to team members and management of progress, tracking of team activities and reporting usage of effort, providing oversight, and coaching to ensure project delivery remains within specified scope, on time and on budget. Run Rockwell Automation’s Digital Value Accelerator Projects with deep knowledge of Kalypso Digital solutions and Rockwell Automation Products, Software and Services. Assess the implication of changes in scope of work and participate in crafting necessary client message. Handle various workstreams of a project. Work with multi-disciplinary and cross-cultural teams. Ensure that knowledge management and sharing activities are implemented in accordance with the firm’s objectives. Maintain a key role in the internal structure of the firm, taking on project management responsibilities and actively participate in business development to support the strong growth of the firm. Identify industry trends and provide information to clients regarding the impact of industry, legislative, or regulatory changes to specific business processes and applications. Be the communication bridge between the business and technical team.

Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week.  

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Mathematics, Engineering, Engineering Design Technology or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience. 

Of the required experience, must have 5 years of experience in the following:

• Product Lifecycle Management, Product Portfolio Management, Regulatory Information Management, and Quality Management, Computer Aided Design, and Product Simulation Technology; 

• Manufacturing Operations Management, Demand, Supply and Production Planning, Production Performance Management, Energy Management, Distribution, and Warehouse and Logistics Operations Management; 

• Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES); 

• Operations Digital Twin with Simulation and Emulation; and 

• Industrial Data Ops System across all 5 levels of the Purdue model hierarchy. 

Must have 3 years of experience in the following: 

• Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) Industry experience; and 

• Retail and Footwear Industry experience. 

Must have 2 years of experience in Consulting Program and Project Management related to Digital project within the Manufacturing or Distribution Operations space. 

 
Travel required up to 50% domestically and 30% internationally to various unanticipated client sites.

When not required on-site, 100% telecommuting permitted; candidate may reside anywhere in the U.S.
