Operating Rooms: Southside-15 St. Augustine-4, St. Vincent 8, St. John 8, Riverside 23
Primary Site for Recruitment (50 Mile Rule)-Surgery Center (109Y)-We will not likely float them beyond the facilities that are on the St Augustine side of town. About a 20 minute drive
Cross credential: Ascension, St. Vincent Clay County, Riverside, Southside, St. Johns Couty
Regional 1099 Pool-Not offered at this time
Care team model : It's always at a 1:3 or 1:4 ratio (never higher than 4).
None have Trauma designation
At any time will the clinician split a shift between hospitals in 1 day or will it just be one day at one hospital and once day at the surgery center? Not for the SAASC – the distance is generally too far for a split shift. If they’re working at one of our other hospitals, some have ASCs nearby that may allow for some split shifts from time to time.
