| Position Summary | The Department of Speech and Hearing Sciences (SPHR) at Portland State University is seeking well-qualified applicants for a non-tenure track position at the Associate Clinical Professor level, beginning September 16, 2026. This core SPHR faculty member will provide academic and clinical instruction in the field of speech-language pathology. This is a 1.0 FTE 9-month position with full benefits. The program is accredited by the Council on Academic Accreditation in Audiology and Speech- Language Pathology (CAA). SPHR graduate and undergraduate students meet pre-professional and professional requirements as required by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. This is an appointment for individuals who are licensed and certified professionals recognized within the field of speech-language pathology. Applicants must hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and either hold or be eligible for Oregon state licensure. The SPHR Department is committed to building a diverse faculty. Responsibilities include academic and clinical instruction in the following areas:

| Total Compensation Range & Benefits Statement | The starting annual salary for this position will be between $90,324 and $ 90,864.
