The Client Services Manager is a central coordination point among company leadership, clients, consultants, subcontractors, and technical leads. The role does not require deep technical expertise in every service area, but it does require technical awareness, sound judgment, and the confidence to recognize when issues should be escalated for technical review or management direction.

- Manage assigned client engagements from kickoff through closeout, including scope confirmation, staffing, scheduling, client communication, deliverable tracking, and project documentation.
- Coordinate work performed by CSHC consultants, strategic partner consultants, subcontractors, and approved technical resources.
- Serve as a responsive day-to-day client services contact and provide clear, timely project
updates. - Translate approved scopes of work into clear expectations for schedule, deliverables, documentation, communication, and limits of authority.
- Track action items, assignments, onboarding records, client communications, draft
deliverables, change requests, invoices, and closeout documentation. - Review draft work products for completeness, consistency, scope alignment, open assumptions, and readiness for technical review or client delivery.
- Escalate technical questions, client concerns, safety issues, scope changes, budget impacts, quality concerns, or consultant performance issues when direction is needed.
- Support client retention, repeat work, proposal planning, consultant labor planning, and
service-line improvement.
