Kerrane Storz, P.C. is hiring a civil litigation attorney who wants to run cases, make decisions, and win.

Kerrane Storz is a multi-state construction-defect litigation firm that goes head-to-head with developers and contractors in complex, high-value cases. We don’t dabble in small matters. What You’ll Do

Manage and drive cases from pre-suit through trial 
Argue motions and appear in court and arbitration
Conduct depositions, hearings, and mediations 
Draft substantive motions and legal briefs 
Work directly with clients and expert witnesses
Negotiate and resolve cases
Participate in business development and firm growth

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $112,000 – $160,000 (commensurate with experience)
