Description
About Teleios Approach
Teleios Approach is a 3-year-old nonprofit whose purpose is to empower low-income children with dyslexia to discover, develop, and share their genius.
We partner with families early and walk alongside them over time, from elementary school through their first career. We help children navigate school systems, build confidence, and access opportunities aligned with their strengths.
We are actively building this model while delivering it. This means we are both serving families and creating something that does not yet fully exist.
Position Overview
The Child & Family Navigator is the long-term advocate, strategist, and relationship anchor for Teleios children and their families.
You will begin with a small caseload (2–5 children) and grow over time, supporting children through key transitions in school and life. You will also play a central role in building the Navigation Program, helping shape the systems, rhythms, and structure that will support future families.
You will love this role if you:
- Are optimistic about what is possible
- Are deeply curious and ask thoughtful questions
