Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service to the patrons of Sunset Valley.

General Purpose:

Assists customers of the Golf Course merchandise and rental shop.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls
• Check-in golfers
• Books tee times
• Rents golf equipment
• Assigns golf carts and tee times
• Sells shop merchandise
• Opens, closes, and secures the Pro Shop and carts
• Keeps shelves stocked and tidy
• Keeps work areas clean throughout the shop
• Discusses merchandise and equipment ordering with management
• Opens and closes the cash register, cashes out daily income, makes daily deposits, and enters into the ledger
• Assists all customers as necessary
• Other duties to be assigned
• Monitor and marshal the speed of play
• Monitor the parking lot
• Serve Snacks, Hot Dogs, Soft Drinks & Beer

*Additional duty for trained club fitters:

Oversee club fitting services in the golf shop
