Our expanding Mesa law firm with a great firm atmosphere is seeking a full-time Business Attorney with 2 to 5 years of legal practice to become a part of our team! You will work with our team of attorneys and represent clients in legal proceedings, draw up legal documents and advise clients on legal transactions.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients
Advise clients on business and legal transactions
Negotiate settlements for legal disputes
Comply with all legal standards and regulations
Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law

Qualifications:

Previous business litigation experience required.
Interest and experience in business, trademark, civil litigation, employment or real estate law a plus
Familiarity with various legal documents
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to build rapport with clients
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
