A well-established, physician-owned, multi-specialty ophthalmology practice is seeking a BC/BE Comprehensive Ophthalmologist to assume a busy, turnkey practice.

We are offering a $350,000 guaranteed base salary plus immediate production-based bonuses, alongside a clearly defined, two-year partnership track.

Step into an established patient base with a starting volume of 400+ cataract surgeries annually.

Compensation & Partnership:
$350,000 Base Salary + lucrative production bonuses.
$700,000+ Income Potential upon partnership.
