Boutique business law firm in Las Vegas, Nevada seeks an Associate Attorney with 2–5 years of experience to join its growing practice. The firm handles a broad range of matters, including commercial litigation, business transactions, contract disputes, and defense of professional licensing board actions.

The Associate Attorney will assist with and manage matters involving:

Commercial and business litigation
Contract and business disputes
Professional licensing board investigations and disciplinary proceedings
Motion practice
Written discovery and discovery disputes
Depositions
Court hearings and administrative hearings
Appeals
Trial preparation and trial work

The position offers substantial opportunities for a newer attorney to gain experience in substantive legal work, including drafting motions, arguing hearings, taking and defending depositions, managing discovery, and participating in trials and appeals.

Requirements

The ideal candidates should have:

2–5 years of legal experience
Active license to practice law in Nevada
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Interest in commercial litigation, business law, and administrative/licensing matters
Professional judgment and attention to detail
Ability to manage deadlines and work both independently and collaboratively
Strong communication skills
Courtroom, deposition, motion practice, or administrative hearing experience preferred but not required
