Roger G. Jain & Associates, P.C. is a full-service law firm that represents individuals and small businesses in disputes throughout Texas. We are looking for an experienced civil litigation attorney to join our growing practice.

 We enjoy a collegial atmosphere among our team, and we are seeking an attorney to represent clients in connection with our civil litigation practice. Our civil litigation docket is wide and varied, and as a result, our practice is challenging, substantive, and varied. 

 The firm handles a wide variety of litigation matters, including real estate disputes, construction disputes, debt collection and defense, business divorces, consumer matters, and landlord-tenant disputes. The firm values professionalism, responsiveness, practical problem solving, and strong advocacy for its clients.

Requirements

Please apply for this position if you have at least 7 years of civil litigation practice. The ideal candidate has meaningful research, writing, and motions practice experience and a very good working knowledge of the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure and the Texas Rules of Evidence.  While courtroom, deposition, mediation, and trial experience is welcome, it is not necessary. Candidates should be comfortable independently handling cases from intake through trial preparation.  Jury trial experience is welcome.
