Litigation support, including legal research as well as preparation of pleadings and memoranda; preparation of written discovery and drafting of responses including document review.
Draft, review, and revise contracts and related transaction documents and research state statutes and regulations for business compliance obligations.
Assist with preparation of Statements of Position in response to administrative Charges / Complaints filed with the NLRB, EEOC, DOL (OSHA / WH) and corresponding state agencies.
Requirements
Associate position available for licensed attorney. 2 years of experience preferred, but not required.
Salary is negotiable.
