The Role
You will be on the front lines of justice. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role where you will manage a dynamic caseload, from initial arraignments to complex felony negotiations and trials.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Advocacy: Representing clients in Clark County Justice Court, District Court, and municipal courts throughout Southern Nevada.
- Strategy: Drafting motions, conducting discovery reviews, and developing creative defense theories.
- Litigation: Taking cases to trial and fighting for “Not Guilty” verdicts.
- Collaboration: Working directly with our lead litigators to sharpen your craft and achieve the best outcomes.

Required Qualifications:
- Licensed & Active: Member in good standing of the State Bar of Nevada.
- Courtroom Ready: Comfortable "on your feet" and able to command a courtroom.
