If you have a passion for surgery, we offer you the chance to perform between 700 and 800 cataract procedures yearly. Our dedicated team includes several medical optometrists who facilitate workups and provide post-operative care, allowing you to concentrate on your surgical expertise. We are a privately owned practice, free from HMO or hospital constraints, which enables us to make swift and effective decisions that prioritize the well-being of our patients and employees.
As the technology leader in the tri-state area, we are proud to be the first to receive a Certificate of Need (CON) for an ambulatory surgery center (ASC), the first to perform LASIK celebrating our 26th anniversary this May. We have a very busy cataract practice with significant interest in Toric, EDOF, and Multifocal lenses.
We offer a competitive salary (350k - $450k + bonus), enticing benefits, and the opportunity to become a stakeholder in the ASC and practice, should you wish to pursue that path, but it is not mandatory. Current dividends that would be available to you are over $200k per year! A realistic five- (5) year projection could put you at 1 million per year.
