The Electives Director is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the camp s electives program for campers ages 7 15. This leadership role ensures electives run smoothly, staff are supported, and campers have a safe, engaging, and enriching experience outside of their majors. The Electives Director manages staff, inventory, resources, and program quality to ensure electives align with the camp s overall mission and values.

The Head Counselor of Boys Camp is a key member of the Windridge leadership team. This role oversees the counselor staff on the boys side of camp and directs all aspects of residential life, including cabin culture, daily routines, and camper well-being. This position requires a confident, visible leader who can mentor staff, maintain high standards, and help create a positive, structured, and spirited camp community.
