Company Overview

SunChase and related entities are privately held investment companies active in public markets, direct private investments and real estate. From inception, the Company’s primary focus has been on real estate investment and development as well as the acquisition and management of a variety of assets, including distressed assets. The group’s business activities have grown to include private business investments (small and medium sized companies), opportunistic business lending and public investments via a broad portfolio of securities managed both in-house and through third-party asset managers. Portfolio management also extends to the principal’s family office, where SunChase oversees investments for Gen 2 and Gen 3.
