Rural Employment Opportunities

Company Overview

REO is a statewide Montana nonprofit organization that works together with more than 300 rural families as they attempt to adjust to the changing economy and rural life. Through REO, adults and children access and complete education, job-training and individual development programs that lead to year-round employment, improved family income and greater economic security. Founded in 1981, we provide education, employment and training services to rural Montana residents. Our Rural Montana Saves project offers employment and training services, financial education and asset development opportunities to limited-income rural residents in 49 Montana counties. As the Montana grantee for the National Farmworker Jobs Program, REO helps seasonal farm and ranch workers obtain job training and year-round employment. Our Migrant Education Projects provide tutoring and other educational support services to the children of migrant farmworkers in Montana. Program staff work throughout the state, from offices in Billings, Great Falls, Havre, Helena, Missoula and Polson.
