Company History
Founded in 2017 by Travis Thomas, Kentuckiana Property Management was built on a simple principle: property owners and community associations deserve a management company that treats every property as if it were its own. With a background in accounting and as a Certified Public Accountant, Travis combined his passion for real estate investing with a commitment to financial transparency, operational excellence, and exceptional customer service to create a different kind of property management company.
What began as a local property management firm serving residential rental properties in the Greater Louisville area quickly expanded as clients recognized the value of our hands-on approach, strong financial oversight, and personalized service. As our reputation grew, so did our portfolio, leading to the addition of condominium association and homeowner association management services. Since 2018, we have been providing HOA and condominium management solutions for communities throughout the Louisville metro area and Southern Indiana.
Over the years, Kentuckiana Property Management has evolved into a full-service management company serving single-family homes, multi-family apartment communities, condominium associations, and homeowner associations. Throughout that growth, we have remained committed to our founding philosophy of being the best—not the biggest—by delivering responsive service, accurate financial reporting, and customized management solutions tailored to each client's unique needs.
Today, Kentuckiana Property Management continues to grow while remaining locally owned and operated.
