The Louisville, Kentucky office of FBT Gibbons is seeking a Real Estate Associate.

Qualifications
- 3–7 years of real estate experience
- Transactional experience in commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and lending
- Superior academic credentials, excellent research and writing skills
- Strong ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Kentucky licensure or the ability to waive in
Compensation
The salary range for this role is $170,000 to $200,000, reflecting a variety of factors including experience, training, licensure, certifications, and organizational needs. Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, relevant experience, and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable employment laws.
Associates are also eligible for:
- Quarterly objective bonus
- Annual objective bonus
- Annual subjective bonus
