ACS West, Inc is seeking a Manager for Home Owner Association portfolio accounts. Our family owned business is a growing company and is looking for professionals to join our team located in Richmond, Virginia servicing the Greater Richmond Surrounding Areas. The Portfolio Manager is responsible for partnering with several Community Association Boards of Directors to assist in the management of Homeowner Associations.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Attend all Board and Association membership meetings
Respond within 48 hours to Board requests and Homeowner concerns.
Prime liaison between Board President and the association’s vendors and owners.
Obtain and present bids and proposals for Board consideration
Educate Board members on Virginia Statutes, organization, conduct of meetings and corporate records to improve the Board’s effectiveness and efficiency.
Inspect properties as contracted and report to Board for further action (including but not limited to covenant violations, vendor issues, and maintenance needs).
Follow up and Communicate with Boards regularly
Prepare the draft Annual budget
Review and Distribute monthly Financial Packet to all Board members.
Demonstrates good management practices in supervision of direct reports.

Knowledge of WORD and EXCEL and able to learn Vantaca Accounting Software.

PREFERRED CREDENTALS
CMCA preferred, but not required
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel
Some College preferred and valid driver's license are required.
