The Other Room is looking for a Bar Manager to lead our cocktail program.
We are an intimate, 25-seat speakeasy-style bar in Lincoln’s Historic Haymarket focused on craft cocktails, thoughtful hospitality, and creating a space where people connect.
The bar opened in 2013 and is a James Beard semifinalist for Outstanding Bar Program.
We are owner-operated and dedicated to our craft.
This role is ideal for a bartender who wants to run their own program and lead a small, talented team.
What You'll Do
Run shifts behind the bar
Lead cocktail menu development
Manage ordering and inventory
Schedule and lead a team of 4–5 bartenders
Maintain high standards for cocktails and service
Help grow the business while protecting the culture
Compensation Total earnings typically $50K–$75K+

What We're Looking For
Strong craft cocktail experience
Previous bar management experience preferred
Leadership ability with a small team
Curiosity, creativity, and a strong work ethic
