Our Irrigation Division continues that legacy by delivering smart irrigation solutions that help growers maximize efficiency, conserve water, and improve crop outcomes. We’re growing and looking for a Senior Irrigation Sales Representative to join our team in the San Joaquin Valley.

This role directly impacts FGS’s growth by expanding our customer base and driving irrigation system sales. You’ll be a trusted partner to growers—helping them identify the right solutions for their operations while building long-term relationships.

What You’ll Do
Execute against a sales plan and exceed irrigation sales targets
Conduct irrigation sales calls throughout the San Joaquin Valley
Prospect new customers and support existing growers’ future needs
Evaluate and prepare estimates for pipelines, filters, pumps, emission devices, and related equipment
Manage leads, opportunities, and accounts in Salesforce CRM
Assess field conditions to recommend irrigation solutions
Coordinate scheduling of subcontractors during installation phases
Deliver a high level of customer service and maintain strong grower relationships
Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced sales environment
What We’re Looking For
4–6 years of irrigation experience
Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, engineering, or irrigation design (preferred)
Strong knowledge of irrigation systems and equipment
Familiarity with San Joaquin Valley, Fresno, and Tulare Counties
Self-starter with high energy and a positive attitude
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook (SAP a plus)
Valid California driver’s license
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and organized
