Job Opportunity: General and Interventional Cardiologist New York Heart and Vascular Care, PC Locations: Brooklyn, Queens, Long Island, New York
New York Heart and Vascular Care, PC (NYHVC), a leader in high-quality cardiovascular care, is seeking a full-time General and Interventional Cardiologist to join our esteemed team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a cardiologist who wants to practice at the highest level of expertise—performing complex interventional procedures at world-renowned hospitals—without the typical burden of STEMI or inpatient call coverage.
Position Highlights: No STEMI or Inpatient Call Coverage: One of the unique aspects of this position is the absence of STEMI (ST-elevation Myocardial Infarction) and inpatient call duties. This allows you to focus entirely on outpatient care, providing you with a predictable, balanced work schedule and freeing you from the stress of emergency interventions, hospital rounds, and overnight calls. This rare opportunity lets you maintain high-quality care without the unpredictability often associated with hospital-based call schedules. Perform Advanced Procedures at Renowned Institutions: You’ll have the privilege of performing interventional cardiology procedures at prestigious hospitals such as NYU Langone, Mount Sinai Hospital, and NewYork-Presbyterian. These institutions offer cutting-edge facilities and a collaborative environment, ensuring you can continue to hone your skills and contribute to advancing the field of cardiology, all without the need for 24/7 emergency call coverage. Competitive Salary: Enjoy a competitive annual salary with no requirement for RVU-based performance metrics, which means more time to focus on what you do best—caring for patients. Pathway to Bonuses: After two years of employment, you’ll have a clear pathway to earning production-based bonuses, rewarding your contributions to the practice's success and growth. Comprehensive Benefits:
Full professional liability coverage, including malpractice insurance at no cost to you. 100% reimbursement for obtaining and maintaining board certifications. Continuing Medical Education (CME) reimbursement and access to in-house CME opportunities. Living and working in New York City: Working in New York City offers an unparalleled quality of life.
