Fertility Specialists of Texas is looking for an executive director to lead day-to-day operations at our new state-of-the-art fertility center in Plano, Texas.

The Executive Director will be responsible for cultivating a culture centered around delivering top-notch patient care by managing the day-to-day operations of a large, multi-location practice. This leadership role fosters collaboration among physicians and department managers to develop strategic growth objectives and achieve financial goals.

The position will be accountable for the management and development of a high-performing and cohesive leadership team consisting of the following key functional areas: Patient Financial Services, Marketing & Practice Development, Human Resource Management and Clinical & Laboratory Operations.

Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations of flagship and satellite offices to ensure that workflows and procedures align with strategic goals and growth objectives of the practice.

Consolidate reporting from all departments to present a consistent overview of financial outlook to medical director and partner physicians.

Represent the Practice and interact with regulatory agencies, insurance carriers and other professional and community groups as appropriate.

Ensure compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements and best practices.

Facilitate internal communication to physicians, management and staff on a regular basis.

Be the primary resource for implementation of new processes and changes to existing workflows to meet the needs of the practice.

Develop, review and update administrative policies and procedures to improve operating efficiency.

Pursue professional development activities to ensure the practice is up to date with changes and trends in health care industry standards.

Knowledge of management and organizational theory, including the principles of employee development to train, delegate and mentor staff.
