 NPS is seeking an Office Coordinator that will be part of a dedicated team that provides professional development and consulting services that engage and inspire our community partners. We are looking for someone to provide administrative operational support. The ideal candidate is patient, flexible, and has a sense of humor. We need someone to be responsible in order to keep things moving while we lead professional development initiatives with our member organizations.  The Office Coordinator will be responsible for business compliance, filing and reporting with local, state and national government agencies, utilization and maximization of our database using Your Membership (YM) through Community Brands.  The Office Coordinator will also be responsible for vendor contracts, and coordination of paying bills and depositing physical checks.  Some light internal IT and P&C support.  Please email for a full description. 

 This is a hybrid position with at least 3 days in our Serra Mesa office, preferably T, W, and Th. We do require vaccination due to interaction with the public.  Regular team meetings are in person on Wednesdays.  We are focused on the San Diego metro area, but due to our virtual presence, we are able to reach nonprofits throughout the globe.  

 This position is a non-exempt, part time position up to 29 hours per week. Compensation package includes wage in range of $17/hour-$24/hour, unlimited paid time off (PTO) through our Wellness Policy as well as every CA bank holiday. In addition, we are closed to the public and have a week of paid restoration during the week of Thanksgiving. Additional benefits include scholarships to attend our professional development programs.
