Description
Office-based in Waterbury: Must be able to work in the Waterbury, VT State Office Complex building 40 hours/week, M-F (no weekends or state holidays), general office hours are 7:45-4:30 with an unpaid lunch break (30-45 min).
We are looking for someone who:
- Is well trained and very knowledgeable with Excel, Microsoft office suite (Outlook email, calendars, teams, etc.) & Adobe.
- Is a responsive team player and has good communication skills
- Is self-motivated and willing to learn and take on new projects
- Can update word & PDF adobe documents (making documents accessible, formatting)
- Can print & mail documents with Protected Health Info, HIPAA compliant
- Has experience working in electronic medical record or a database is a plus
- Helping with database cleanup/database corrections, data entry projects in our database
- Website experience is a plus
- May help to answer phones from the public/fielding phone calls/transferring phone calls
