The North Texas Commission, a regional non-partisan, non-prot organization, is seeking a dynamic and motivated Chief of Staff with a strong background in government and non-profit sectors. This position is crucial for the continued success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities: Assist leadership team (admin, planning/strategy, internal communications, tracking of goals/KPIs)
Schedule meetings, manage master calendar, and assist with office event planning/execution
Manage guests for partnering events
Manage CRM database/members onboarding
Specific project support/lead
Assist with operations/office logistics
Development support (arranging meetings with stakeholders and prospects)
Event support
Requirements
3 years of professional experience in corporate, government or non-profit.
Strong organizational and project management.
Initiative-taking and proactive with attention to detail.
Accustomed to working with high-profile individuals/leaders.
Excellent written, oral communication, and presentation skills.
Procient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
