Elite Golf Performance (EGP) is the premier high-performance team in professional golf, delivering world-class treatment and performance support across the LPGA, LET, PGA, and DP World Tours. Established over 15 years ago, EGP is a trusted provider of on-tour athlete care, supporting major champions, rising stars, and national team programs around the world.
We are currently seeking a therapist to join our team for the next LPGA tour season, starting late January 2026.

Key attributes include:
Proficiency in deep tissue massage and joint manipulation
Strong interest in biomechanics
Experience in strength and conditioning
Knowledge of injury rehabilitation and recovery protocols
Ability to establish and maintain athlete training programs
Each week, you’ll travel with the team to a new destination, with travel expenses covered in addition to competitive remuneration. You will manage a small caseload of up to FIVE athletes per week, delivering highly personalised, high-impact care. This is a rare opportunity to work in a fast-paced, vibrant environment, providing hands-on therapy and performance support that directly enhances the training, recovery, and competitive performance of elite professional athletes.
Requirements
This unique, travel-based role runs from late January through to late November.
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
Willingness to commit to approximately 40 weeks of travel per year, including around 30 tournament weeks and 8–10 off weeks, with the option to return home between some events
Availability during off weeks to plan and oversee athlete programming remotely, as required
An Australian passport and current AHPRA registration
Eligibility for, and successful application of, a U.S. work visa
A current driver’s licence (manual licence highly regarded)
Fluency in a second language (Mandarin, Korean, Japanese or Thai highly advantageous)
