You'll take charge of the entire recruitment journey, partner with campus organizations, and support students as they embark on their path to professional success.

In this hybrid role, you will be expected to work a minimum of 10 days per month from the office. Candidates should reside within approximately 50 miles of one of the following office locations: Madison, WI 53783
Position Compensation Range:
$68,000.00 - $113,000.00

Compensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location. Relocation support is offered for eligible candidates.
 Primary Accountabilities
Take charge of the entire recruitment journey—discovering, interviewing, and welcoming interns and entry-level talent to our team
Guide candidates through every step, making sure they feel supported, informed, and excited about joining our program.
Collaborate with leadership to select students who are ready to shine in a high-energy, professional environment.
Team up with professors and campus leaders to spread the word about our amazing opportunities.
Dive into campus life by attending career fairs, club meetings, and student events sharing what makes our internships stand out.
Work alongside current and former interns to spark referrals and celebrate their success stories.
Share your wins, challenges, and campus trends with leadership—your insights will help shape our future!
Ignite the full-cycle recruitment process for full-time roles, outside of the traditional intern hiring seasons. Dive into sourcing top talent, spark engaging conversations with candidates, and guide them through the recruitment process with enthusiasm. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to make impactful hires all year long.
Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements
• Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support, or service. • Demonstrated experience and success sourcing and hiring passive candidates for senior-level positions. • Demonstrated track record working in and across teams to identify talent needs. • Demonstrated experience relationship-building, communication, organization, presentation, negotiation, and analytical skills. • Demonstrated experience and comfort engaging with senior-level leaders across the organization and in candidate pools. • Extensive knowledge of clients' business strategies and objectives.
Travel Requirements • Up to 10%. (Up to 40% in Fall and Up to 20% in Spring)
