Job Summary Responsible for developing and managing client relationships to drive new business, revenue growth, and customer retention. Identifies client needs, proposes tailored solutions, and builds long-term partnerships while maintaining a strong sales pipeline and achieving performance targets.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities Develops and maintains a strong sales pipeline to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets Expands business within existing accounts and identifies new opportunities for growth Builds and maintains long-term relationships with clients through regular engagement Identifies customer challenges and recommends appropriate solutions Prepares and delivers presentations tailored to customer needs and business objectives Manages account renewals and identifies upsell and cross-sell opportunities Maintains accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and account strategies using CRM systems Handles escalations related to customer issues and ensures timely resolution Stays informed on market trends and competitor offerings Collaborates with internal teams to develop and execute sales strategies
Requirements
Minimum Requirements Minimum 3+ years of experience in enterprise or solution-based sales Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Ability to understand and communicate technical solutions effectively Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) Knowledge of cloud, infrastructure, or related technology solutions preferred Ability to work with senior stakeholders and manage multiple accounts
