What You Will Be Doing
Join Titleist as a Senior Research Engineer and play a pivotal role in advancing the future of golf club performance. In this highly autonomous role, you'll leverage deep engineering expertise, scientific methods, and advanced computational tools to conduct complex studies that drive innovation across our product line. You'll lead research initiatives from concept through validation, developing next‑generation technologies through sophisticated modeling, data analysis, and empirical testing. Partnering closely with management, designers, and cross‑functional teams, you'll create and evaluate 3D concepts, refine analytical models, and generate the technical insights and documentation that inform product development. You'll stay at the forefront of emerging materials, design methods, and industry trends while contributing to Titleist's patent portfolio and providing expert consultation across the organization. What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (required)
More than 7 years of progressively responsible professional experience (required)
Golf knowledge or industry experience preferred
Experience with Finite Element Analysis (FEA), including FEA Mesh Generation for Static and Dynamic Models
Experience with FEA analysis software LS-Dyna
Experience using Matlab and/or Python
