Requirements

Lead kitchen operations during breakfast and lunch service
Prepare high-quality meals with consistency and speed
Train and mentor kitchen staff, ensuring food safety and cleanliness standards
Manage prep, inventory, and ordering in coordination with the manager
Collaborate on seasonal specials and menu updates
 
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of experience in a high-volume kitchen (breakfast experience a plus!)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Passion for scratch cooking and attention to detail
ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain)
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
