Construction Yard Hand/Laborer -full-time

Performs essential physical tasks at construction sites and storage yards, including loading/unloading materials, cleaning debris, digging, operating hand/power tools, and assisting skilled craft workers. This full-time role focuses on site safety and efficiency, often involving heavy lifting in various weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities

Site Prep & Maintenance: Cleaning debris, setting up barricades, erecting scaffolding, and digging trenches.

Material Handling: Loading, unloading, and organizing building materials, tools, and equipment.

Tool Operation: Operating power tools (saws, drills) and equipment (cement mixers, tampers).

Assistance: Supporting heavy equipment operators and drivers.
