We do not run a volume practice.
We prepare every case for trial.
We represent families in the most catastrophic cases — trucking collisions, industrial incidents, company vehicle crashes, and other life-altering events.
We are looking for a serious trial lawyer to join us.
The Role
- You will work on high-stakes cases from day one:
- Take and defend depositions
- Develop liability and damages strategy
- Work with top experts
- Draft and argue key motions
- Prepare cases for mediation and trial
- Sit first or second chair at trial (based on experience)
- You will not be handling minor cases. You will be building cases designed for juries.
Who You Are
- 5–10+ years of meaningful litigation experience
- Comfortable in depositions and court
- Strong writer and strategic thinker
- Obsessed with preparation
- Motivated to become an exceptional trial lawyer
- Plaintiff or defense background welcomed. Trial hunger required.
