Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior CT Technologist to perform advanced computed tomography (CT) imaging procedures in both inpatient and outpatient environments. This role requires strong clinical expertise, adaptability in a fast-paced acute care setting, and the ability to support multiple hospital locations as needed.
The Senior CT Technologist will also contribute to training, mentoring, and onboarding of students and new hires while ensuring high standards of patient care, safety, and imaging quality.
Key Responsibilities
Perform CT imaging procedures in acute care, inpatient, and outpatient settings
Administer IV contrast injections and ensure patient safety during procedures
Collaborate with physicians, anesthesia teams, and clinical staff
Operate CT equipment in compliance with safety and imaging protocols
Provide training and mentorship to new staff and students
Support multiple facility locations as needed
Participate in rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, and on-call coverage
Maintain accurate imaging records and documentation
Ensure compliance with radiology and hospital standards
Requirements
Minimum 3+ years of CT experience in an acute care/hospital setting
Graduate of a JCERT-accredited radiologic technology program
ARRT certification with CT specialization (ARRT (CT))
Active ARRT licensure
Venipuncture certification required
Current BLS certification required
Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, and on-call
Willingness to support multiple medical center locations
Experience mentoring or training staff preferred
