Join our team as a Cath Lab Tech (Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) and play a vital role on a clinical team that values your skills while working in Albany, NY. Assist physicians and Cath Lab personnel in conducting diagnostic tests and procedures. Operate advanced imaging equipment to capture crucial images and data of the heart and blood vessels.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current New York State registration or limited permit to practice in New York, when required.
• Registration by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
• Advanced certification as ARRT-CV or Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS).
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS), Adult Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).
• Experience in a hospital-based Cath Lab setting. Two years of Cath Lab experience preferred.
• Willingness to adhere to local candidate eligibility requirements as outlined by the client.
• Call commitment: one weeknight and one weekend per month.

Preferred Qualifications

• RCIS certification from Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) preferred.
• Previous experience with cardiovascular invasive procedures and advanced imaging equipment preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 07:00 to 17:30.
• Shift days: Days (specific days of week per schedule).
• Call commitment: one weeknight and one weekend per month.

You will work within multidisciplinary teams in hospital settings to deliver procedural support, imaging acquisition, and patient monitoring.
