Overview

As a Master Club Fitter, you will facilitate fitting sessions with customers to assure optimal selection and purchase of equipment. The ability to communicate clearly, multi-task, handle varying daily priorities, and work in a fast paced environment will be necessary. To ensure success, you will need to have superb customer service skills, an upbeat personality, strong problem solving skills and the ability to be thorough and accurate.

Experience Required

Please apply if you meet the following requirements:

Must have

• A love for and experience in the game of golf
• 5+ years experience in club fitting (or minimum of 3,500 career fittings)
• Computer literacy and general aptitude for learning new software or web based applications
• Prior club fitting certifications, preferably Ping and Trackman Certified
• Above average knowledge of golf equipment and technology
• Ability to work 20-40 hours per week, as well as opportunities for overtime during busier seasons.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including weekends. Success oriented and engaging personality

Nice to have

• Active PGA Member in good standing
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Essential Responsibilities

Position Responsibilities include:

• Work one-on-one with the guests to ensure a positive club fitting experience
• Share product knowledge while making personal recommendations based on talent and skill level
• Work as a team to provide the highest level of service to our guests
• Contribute to a team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed
