Growing together.As the Team Lead, Operational Services you will coordinates the daily support operations of one or more clinical areas or groups. You will be a resource for other support staff and may fill in for staff as needed to provide appropriate coverage of the department.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Serves as a skilled clinical/administrative support resource for team members
- Assumes leadership duties while performing nonexempt support tasks
- Evaluates daily schedules and ensures coverage during absences
- Implements and adjusts operational procedures within established guidelines
- Guides staff on workflow execution and suggests improvements
- Supports performance reviews and monitors service quality (e.g., phone systems)
- Acts as point of contact for patient issues and may supervise in manager's absence

Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of relevant experience in a healthcare setting
- In depth knowledge of specialty's clinic
- Proven solid interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with patients and medical professionals.
- Proven sound judgment with the ability to work and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualification:
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) may be required based on specialty
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The hourly pay for this role will range from $20.00 to $35.72 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
